I know their budget =
expires March 31st so if we do not deploy before than it will =
need to go back to the Minister for approval…there is a lot =
Harrison has done to facilitate Manitoba processes that is simply not in =
our structure to support – i.e. MS Project timelines, forms, =
processes, architecture maps, etc. If he is not replaced by =
someone as capable and flexible, I don’t see us making this =
timeline. As it is, we are off schedule as a result of the server =
setup requirements they are imposing – i.e. the most recent =
challenges with Visual Studio licensing.
I am coordinating a call =
with Robert and Harrison so we can discuss further – I think he =
will be more candid on the phone.

for us, please send the request for additional conversion time today as =
agreed as I believe Harrison is our best chance to push that through =
before he goes. I will also ask about how this will impact our =
project moving forward (i.e. will a new PM be assigned), without someone =
moderating the communication, this could get out of hand =
quickly….
