Thank you for the information. The Service Agreement is fine.


* I do not see the Cost of Renewal cap indicated as discussed.
* I would like to request that the two extra licenses be included in
our agreement as the same software budget presented before. In our
discussion with our members, it was agreed to include our 2 accounting and
admin people in the mix as they will help support tour activities and give a
better foundation to the success of this project.
* This is a big investment in terms of time, money and opportunity,
NetSuite is a larger commitment/risk of success than SalesForce and would
need the input of administration/accounting. To that end, it was the
preference to go with SalesForce as Step 1 and integrate with NetSuite for
step 2 next year. If I could keep the same budget, we could proceed with
this project.

Hi Robert, Rick and Alex,

As discussed, attached is the Subscription Service Agreement that all of our
customers sign. I wanted to send it over so you have a chance to look at it
prior to sending over the executable documents.

Also attached are the Investment Summaries in both CAD & USD. I have
updated to 6 Users and dropped the Implementation to $2,022.00 / $1,500.00.
Of course, CAD will be on the executable document.

We received confirmation for a 5% Renewal Cap. For example, if you sign on
for 3 years, years 4,5, and 6 can only increase 5%.
